We support 99% of browsers. Here’s how our support is structured.

Tier 1: Full support

Complete functionality and optimal appearance in the latest two versions of:

Google ChromeFirefoxMicrosoft EdgeOperaSafariUC Browser

Tier 2: Basic compatibility

Older versions of Tier 1 browsers, plus Internet Explorer and other browsers used by less than 1% of users globally. It might not be perfect, but it isn’t broken.

Tier 3: Not supported

Browsers in this tier are not usable. We’re not aware of any current browsers falling into this tier. If you encounter one, please let us know.

First try updating to the latest version of Chrome. If problems persist, email us with your browser name and version, your role (contractor, authoriser, or administrator), and a description of the issue.
