How the price drops as you grow
It works like tax bands. Each person is charged at the rate for the band they fall in, so adding people never makes the ones you already have cost more. Documents are counted in units of ten.

What counts as an active person?
Anyone who submits a timesheet or expense claim with anything in it during your billing month. If they don’t submit, you aren’t charged for them.
Why is each module priced separately?
So you only pay for what you use. Turn on Expenses or Documents when you need them, and off again when you don’t.
Are there any setup fees?
No. We set you up for free. You only pay for what you use.
How long am I tied in for?
You’re not. There’s no contract, and you can cancel any time.
How does billing work?
You add your card details in the app. Your billing month starts on the day you sign up, and you can watch your usage build up in the Billing area as you go. When the month ends, your card is charged for that month’s active people.
