What's an 'Active worker'?▾
An active worker is a person who submits a timesheet with any time in a given calendar month. If they don't submit a timesheet, they don't count as an active worker so you aren't charged.
Are there any setup fees?▾
We don't charge anything to get you set up, you simply pay for what you use as outlined above. Nothing more.
How long am I tied in for?▾
You're not because we don't believe in contracts. We're confident that you'll like the system and won't want to leave, and we wouldn't want to keep you out of contractual obligation.
How does billing work?▾
Invoices are issued approximately one week after the end of each calendar month. Active workers are calculated for that month. If you sign up mid-month, charges are applied pro-rata. Cancellations mid-month are invoiced as normal through to the end of that month.
